On this trill fingering, if you hold down the middle
*and* ring finger on the right hand for the B natural
in the trill and trill to a D natural *with the middle
and ring finger still down,* you'll get a slightly
flat B natural with a quasi-c# trill that is pretty
good on a lot of clarinets. (i.e. just move the ring
finger on the left hand for the trill.)
