I know that Walt-Johnson will make a custom case for most instruments. This
might be an option for you....
I often contact them for quotes for my customers and they are relatively
timely. I have had a lot of very happy WJ case customers.
The manufacturing process of the BAM cases is not conducive to making
special orders. WJ however specializes in it!
