But when we come to view all potential minefields, i.e. the 1% chance of
slipping up - maybe a little more than 1% when confronted with imperfections
in keywork design and technology, we can only overcome this with our own
'design' of original fingerings. In the end, it must be a combination of
intelligent planning AND bluff. The final result must sound 'musical' above
all else - above the search for perfection in intonation, and recognised
standard fingerings.
