I don't need to Mark. I am talking about a common business practice with
most products - not unique to computer manufacturers. For example - I
have an agreement with WW/BW and IMS not to undercut their prices. They
say nothing about pricing over their discount prices - at SR. This is
common practice. I am not so concerned about the computer market - which,
in my opinion, is not the norm for business practice - rather - I am
interested in what Clark has experienced personally - thus - my very
specific question.

As an aside, my question was directed towards Clark - as a request for
more information. You aren't Clark, so you really can't give the
perspective that I was wondering about or hoping to hear about. Not to say
that your perspective doesn't have some merit somewhere........just not in
answering my question of Clark.

But thanks for providing that information you did.

Best wishes,
Roger Garrett
