Walter Grabner was kind enough to post some pictures
of the making of clarinet reeds. I have a question:
when sanding the back of the reed, is the reed wet or
dry? [I played bassoon for some time in my wasted
youth, and I think we always wet the reed before
working on it. Might've been a trick on the part of
the band director to rob us of spit....]
