Dear Oliver Seely:

Your address to Mark can only be decided by him. He can tell me that what I've
said is, indeed beyond commonly accepted guidelines of acceptable behavior and
language. A Dingo's doing dongy whatever crossed that line a long time ago.

I stand by what I said, and I'll say it again (but more pointedly); Tony Pay's
comments are repugnant, represent great conceit and are deplorable. He is an
obnoxious ass, PERIOD!

When he came back with the fact that this Australian phrase was learned from a
dear friend and it was innocuous, given in innocence, I say Bull Shit as
loudly and with as much resonance as I can muster. This man is a bully. He
takes his great talent and then careens uncontrollably through the cocktail
party totally out of hand.

One can have extraordinary talent and still be unacceptable in his public
conduct.

I'll take my chances with Mark. I trust him and his wisdom. This list has done
very well for a very long time. When he needed funding I helped in a modest
way. I'll do it again if needed because I believe in the overall quality of it
and all Sneezy offers clarinet players

Cheers.
