It happens that a coin collector's shop in my town will exchange
sterling 5-pound notes for U.S dollars at the published rate with no
commission (better rate than the 'exchange bureaus').

If you cannot arrange a better way to buy Abe's book(s) in the UK,
you can mail me enough 5-pound sterling notes to cover the cost
including shipping --- only 5-pound notes, however --- and I'll buy them
and ship them to you (if there's no easier way).
