If this person accompanies regularly, then don't feel "pressured" to pay
them anymore for playing the Mozart. It is NOT that challenging for
professional pianists (not in the least!) and he has probably memorized it
by now.

Now...if he was playing Brahms or Schumann with you. Maybe even the Weber
"Grand Duo" last movement and your adrenaline is pumping. ;-)

I'd say, $25 a rehearsal-hour and $30 for the audition. Normally, I would
pay them $50 for the recital-hour, but an audition is merely a snip-it of
the time and effort they need to put in.
