Yes, but I think there could be a ripple effect from Sept. 11. The Philadelphia
Inquirer ran a story in today's paper about how local non-profits, including
arts organizations, are starting to see a big drop in donations, because people
have been giving so much money to the Red Cross and other groups providing help
for the terrorism victims. Several people quoted in the story were worried that
the slump in donations to their organizations would continue through at least
the rest of the year. I'm sure this situation isn't confined to just the
Philadelphia area.
