It is not illegal to fail a disabled student. However, it IS illegal to =
for the school to refuse to make reasonable accomodations for the student, =
thus setting them up for failure. The American's with Disabilities Act =
(ADA) does cover schools, but the exact nature of "reasonable accomodations=
" is a major grey area.
