It's 17mm.

Actually, on further investigation, I find I may be misleading people
here. The internal diameters of Urban mouthpiece, bocal and top joint
all come out at 17mm.

I *thought* that the Urban mouthpiece was larger bore than the original
Uebel, but I find I can't check that because I now can't find the Uebel.
(Of course, that could have been smaller.) I'll look again.
