Roger, I am not sure that you have fully grasped the specifics of the
situation. I used a B-flat clarinet mouthpiece that had its bore
slightly enlarged, and this was done for the reasons I described in a
posting made a few moments ago about basset horn mouthpieces and Paul
Howland's suggestions on the matter.

Are you looking to make difficulties? I'm not quite sure how to put
your strange comments into perspective.
