Subj: [kl] Looking to the context

No-one is posting at the moment about the clarinet and its problems.

I suggest that that's because we find ourselves looking at the context
of all of that; and looking even beyond that context, to the context of
music itself -- which is ourselves, and how we relate to the world that
we find ourselves in. And perhaps further, to others, and how they may.

It's not surprising. It fits. Understanding involves looking beyond
the immediate.

(After all, to be a musician *means* to understand that we need to look
beyond the notes.)

Much love to everyone,

Tony
