That has nothing to do with what you said.

Including killing innocent people? If a terrorist group surrounds themselves
with hundreds if not thousands of hostages, will you condone killing all of
the hostages to get the few terrorists? A nation at war with another nation
is one thing and people working on the war effort become targets, there's no
denying that. A nation at war with a relatively few numbers of people is
something totally different and much more difficult to deal with.
Do I hope the terrorists, whoever they may be, get caught and punished - you
bet. At any cost? - no.
