If true: AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It will sure teach those youngsters how to PAY ATTENTION OR ELSE. >>

The Midwest Young Artists program here in the greater Chicago area fields a Senior Orchestra that I have heard perform the Bartok Concerto for Orchestra and the Corrigliano Clarinet Concerto.

I would have thought these pieces were beyond the ability of high scholol students, but I was peroven WRONG!

The program here, under Musical Director Allen Dennis, has five, yes count them, five orchestras, a jazz program, a choral group, chamber ensembles, and Saturday theory courses.

The Senior Orchestra is better than many college orchestras. It's an amazing program.
