I've done some investigation on this, because I plan on performing it in
December. I eventually contacted Mr. Ashmore himself who very kindly
provided me with the following:

I then received the following from Mr. Gray himself:

which we handle. If you should need any further information or
assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. The hire of score and
parts for performances in the United States is handled by our agent,
Boosey & Hawkes Inc. in New York.<<

SO: For us in the US, to rent these parts we must go through Boosey and
