Clark Fobes was kind enough to point out that in my most recent post, where I was trying to clarify waht I had been saying about mouthpiece facings, I muddied the water by using the term convex, when I meant concave.
SO -
Walter looks in dictionary:
Convex - Having a surface that curves outward. From Latin; convexus, to bring together.
Concave - hollow and curved, like a section of the inside of a sphere. From Latin, concavus, hollow.
Maybe now I'll get it right.
