Even in lowly Richmond, our old librarian was able to negotiate either
clean rental parts, or the return of the same set we used on previous
occasions, so that our bowings etc were preserved. If Princeton's
librarian has any clout maybe s/he could do the same, and even replace
your defaced part. We hate getting the "Podunk Youth Symphony" parts.
