Have you searched the klarinet archives? There have been several posts
about this subject in the past. Also the sneezy comp. database...

There is a lot of really good stuff out there written for bass clarinet.
Some of it is pretty brutal, though. Michael Lowenstern's pieces are for
sale, but be warned... Expect to have fast runs that go over 4 octaves. (he
can be found at www.earspasm.com) I performed SPASM a couple years back and
at that point, I was the only one brave (or stupid) enough to have actually
performed it in public.

There is a great concerto by Ian Krouse. I believe it is available by Peer
Music (Schirmer).

Sonatas by Schoeck, Genzmer and others. Renate Rusche has a good CD out of
solo bass clarinet music (including the above sonatas). DG Scene MDG 624

There is a huge repertoire of chamber music with bass clarinet, too...
