I once had neighours who sent their dig into the garden where it howled as
long as I studied clarinet, and screamed when I studied saxophone. It was
ompossible for me to discuss this matter with these neighbours. When other
neighbours came to ask to haver mercy with the beast and not to play any
more, I told them to ask the owner of the dog to keep him (her? I don't
know) inside. The dog owner moved within two month.
