Subj: [kl] Response to Sean Talbot

Sean,
I guess you think you are amusing but I do not. This list is not about
meaness, it is about helping others and discussing different topics relating
to the clarinet which we all love or we wouldn't be here.

Maybe the Noblet is not a great clarinet, I don't know, but no one responded
to my last post (both on this list and the alt.music.clarinet newsgroup)
asking on whether the instrument was a reasonable one or not. The clarinet
I currently play is 'crap' (a Corton), I am trying to upgrade but don't have
a lot of money ($400US). I believe (from the research I have done) that the
used Noblet would be a better purchase than the used Yamaha 34 which is what
I can currently afford. Or perhaps I am wrong?

I don't think that you should be judging my situation without knowing all
the facts and I especially don't appreciate your unhelpful answer. Maybe it
is you that doesn't have a lot of personality and is not very good at
kissing.... it sounds like you have a personality of a large block of wood
either way.

I tried to date a Noblet once. Not a lot of personality and not very
good at kissing. Maybe she wasn't a Noblet but she had the personality
of a large block of wood either way.

Any ideas?
