Hello List!
I was wondering if anyone knows of the Hurko (probably spelled wrong)
Ligature? It is made of a cloth material with Velcro closings.
I'm having fun playing around with my setup and wanted to try one of those
ligatures out. I'm currently playing on a LC-3 with the Optimum ligature
and Vandoren v-12 4.0. (Actually it's more like a 3.75 with the work that I
do to them.)
And I'll add to the mouthpiece debate...Has anyone here tried the Morgan
mouthpieces? Have you had any success with them? I do like my LC-3 for most
of my playing, but I am unhappy with the way the attacks sound in the
altissimo register...
I look forward to the discussion!
