There is the "Little Suite of Four Dances" by William Bolcom for Eb clarinet
and piano. This was commissioned by and dedicated to Conrad Josias, who was
active on this list for quite a long time. I believe it is published by
Marks Music.

The movements are all rather short and are entitled:

I. Rag
II. Apache-Jungle
III. Quasi-Waltz (Hommage to Joseph Kosma)
IV. Soft Shoe

The work covers the written range of the clarinet from low E to high G.
