I bought one and use it at home. It makes a pretty reasonable sound,
although with a ww quintet playing mf or better the sound gets lost. For
use by myself it's just fine. I don't use all of the features--you've got
a couple of graphic options which are neither here nor there to me. I
don't care whether there's a bouncing ball or a swinging needle. One thing
it does not have which my older Qwik Time (why is it that some advertising
people can't spell?) does is a flashing LED light. That grabs my attention
when an LCD does not. But mostly i use the audible rather than the visual
cue.

I think the top tepo is 220/minute, whereas others seem to go higher than
that. If you care...it may be useful where you want to keep track of the
eigth note in fast multiple time signatures.
