Elise. we had an entertaining conversation here a few months ago.
Following on from that, I do think that one of the things you are
interested in, namely Opera, would be only a shadow of itself if whining
and bickering were to be excluded from the stage action:-) So I think
you come on rather strong in your last sentence.

And anyway, on this subject, I have to say that I disagree with you.
Because even if Walter over-reacted to Roger's original post, what Roger
has subsequently written, if examined closely, shows Walter to have read
between the lines of that original post really quite accurately.
