I was quite interested and studied the Wiseman bass case on display at
the ClarinetFest and talked a bit with Howard about the case he had on
hand.
I don't know if it was an A or a B model, but there was officially room
for two soprano instruments in the intended section. The straps and
tubes have adjustments, and I thought that three sopranos might fit in
the space, and Howard said that someone had told him and described how he
did fit three in the space. I don't remember how, but that it was
possible. Perhaps he would answer an email question with them specifics.

If enough people ask for a configurations, it is more likely to become a
standard option.
