Dear Abe,
That is very good advice. I will try to follow it. I am upset at
Mr. Weber again, but I will try to get over it, because I think you have
the right idea.
By the way, I just got my copy of your Klezmer book, "eine
clarinet klezmer music" and I just adore it. My husband and I are going
to Mexico, south of Cancun, for 3 nights, to stay in a luxurious tent
with no electricity. I am bringing the book, and a good flashlight,
because my husband and I are going to read through it under the
moonlight. I wonder what the locals will think of it? One of the guys I
play jazz with invited us on the trip, being that his wife is a travel
agent, and the trip was "affordable" (cheap) since they just had a
hurricane.
Anyhow, Abe, my husband also likes the book because it has the
guitar changes written above the clarinet part, and they are within his
ability range. I am putting the music stand in the suitcase right away,
and maybe can find a battery operated music light. I understand that the
people on the beach like to stay up late and play music. It sounds like
my kind of vacation. ANNIE
