If you are using a kind of reedual machine are possibilities to create reeds
with more wood ar the tip or in the heart. We use in Germany "tesa film" its a
kind of very thin 4/100 mm thick. put a piece of it on your model reed that has
maybee to enough wood in the heart. copy two or three reeds and try if it was
too much or not enough. And so on.
