The wiseman cases seem to be universally loved by every basson player that
has them. The only problem I see with them is their weight. Having a Selmer
soft which is very much like the orly, I like the lightness. This is the only
case company I know that will make a C clarinet insert so I can take the C.Bb
in one Case. I have an older pro-tec clarinet case, the longer one not the
short squat case they are making today. It seems to have an outside pocket
that would hold a flute case. This is the only case I've ever had that would
hold a bottle of wine. This maynot be a concern unless you've pulled into a
dry town on a Sunday after a concert and a little wine with dinner would be
nice! Tom Puwalski
