Apparently there were many newer players this year. But for the past 6
years, it has been many of the same people - some of them playing multiple
times throughout the convention! Attempts to play need to be accompanied
by recommendations from those who are on the inside. But - it's no
different in any other walk of life, so why should it be for ICA?
