I was reading articles from the online clarinet resource recently (
http://www.ocr.sneezy.org) and I noticed that there was a photo of a
clarinet next to them which looked out of proportion. I mailed the editor
and he told me that it was a C clarinet. That confuses me a little because
it appears to have the little Buffet prestige silver plate on it, which is
why i thought it was an Eb. I didn't know they made C clarinets, much less
prestige models. Anyway take a look and see if you can spot the difference -
the barrell and bell in particular look stubbier than on a Bb.
