I have all sorts of ligatures, some of which just sit on unused
mouthpieces, others get some use. A friend gave me an old Boosey and
Hawkes ligature with the initials B and H cut out of the metal. It looks
like it is a special ligature monogrammed just for me! It is made of
unplated nickel-silver, so it matches the keywork of my old Carl Fisher A
clarinet. But my Rovners and Bonades get the most use (except the Selmer
expanding, which I'm still playing around with, and it seems to be not bad
at all).

I saw that this morning, too. Previews for the movie I saw earlier looked
interesting, too, and I have not seen a Woody Allen movie in YEARS. I'm
not sure the Rubank books include the Albert charts any more. I've been
tempted by Alberts on eBay many times myself. I know the subject has come
up before. Check the Klarinet archives.

If you have to mic a saxophone, the rest of the band is TOO LOUD!
