I've been in New Orleans for 2 days now - not hot - but humid! Nothing new ;^)

For those of you staying at the Hilton Garden - if you don't need in & out priviledges at the parking garage _don't_ park at the Hilton. Go down the street about 150 ft on your right and park at the parking garage for $7/day. The Hilton charges $16.

If you want to walk from the Hilton Garden to the Hilton Riverside - it's 15 minutes at a leisurely pace. Exit the hotel, take a left, right on Diamond, and left on Convention Center Way.

The directions to the Hilton Garden on their Website are wrong. Take a _left_ on South Peters.

If you're performing in the smaller room, be aware that it's _highly_ reverberant. A clap lasts close to one second, and there's at least 10 sharply defined returns.
