To the New Orleans bound -

My one and only trip to New Orleans was back in the '70s and what I remember
most about the ride in from the airport was looking out the left hand side
of the car and seeing a cemetery with the burial crypts above ground and
looking out the right side of the car and seeing about a block away a fairly
large sea going freighter looming quite high above the roadway seemingly
riding on top of a rather high levy.

Fred, I was in New Orleans last week. The shuttle desk is near baggage
claim. You can't reserve your trip into NO beforehand, but you can pick up
your ticket at the shuttle desk and reserve your return (to the airport)
ticket at that time. Tickets were $10.00 each way, and the return pickups
of
all the people in our party was right on time. Other than the actual
drivers
being impatient and insane (IMHO), the trip was pretty easy both ways. Good
