Hi Fred,

I was in New Orleans a couple of months ago and did
not have to reserve the airport shuttle. You are
right on with the directions where the counter will
be. I think is a good, secure way (considering the
taxis and their unrestricted fares)to take the shuttle
to the center of the city.
