Yes! I think hearing from different ones that I need to relax really helped
me think about it more and realize when and why I tense up. I still can't
play standing up without pain, but sitting is much less of a problem now. Is
still have to make myself conscious of it, but it is getting much better. I
think when I will have to play standing, a neckstrap will be in order.
