You would take your friend aside and tell her/him exactly what you know
and how you know it - leaving out names that you don't have authority to
divulge. Separate known facts from "received" facts and rumors - and
identify which are which. Separate facts from opinions and be clear about
which are which.

In about two hours a client and I - and an earlier victim - are meeting
with an attorney for the employer of a professional who fondled one too
many subordinates without punishment.
