I'll add my kudos to those already posted here.
Martin sent me a copy of his wonderful recording at his expense. When I made
a second request for a colleague I work with, he graciously responded to it.
Despite his polite requests not to bother I am sending him reimbursement for
the shipping on both copies, which on my package alone (to the US) was 12
pounds and 50, a considerable amount for Martin to shell out to give such a
tremendous work away.

I urge everyone to take advantage of his efforts if possible, although he
has a limited amount available. I'm sure you'l be as "knocked out" as Peter
Warner, my friend at work and I have been as well as others who may not have
responded yet. Martin's musicianship, his terrific technique and the obvious
amount of energy poured into this venture are appreciated here.
