Dear Potential Applicants

I aquired Martin Powell's CD a month or so ago and have only been
able to play it once due to going away straight after and returning
to find my amplifier damaged by my young dog minder's interpretation
of moderate volume (I think).

Anyway, that one hearing knocked me out; absolutely terrific
musicianship and technique. Amazingly he lives not ten miles from me
in Kent, England. I know Martin offered the CD free, but I felt it
right to pay for it; an enormous amount of time and expense has gone
into the making of it. The amount of pleasure received is out of all
proportion to the relatively nominal cost, and a contribution does
help offset the substantial cost of his enterprise. And no, he has
not put me up to this!

As John O'Neill said, you won't be disappointed.
