If you are not dealing with a paypal member that has a commercial acct.,
the total amount the seller can receive by credit card is very limited
(not only your transaction but the total per month). If you are dealing
with a business, this is usually not a problem. If you are dealing with an
individual (ebay or otherwise) the seller may only be able to accept funds
through a bank transfer and you can't do that unless you acct. is verified.
I just went through this with an ebay purchase.
