Well, at least now somebody has explained the reason for it. It does not
make me more willing, but at least it makes sense. I figure my feedback
record on eBay is good enough proof of my honesty. And frankly, I would
rather use the credit card as a 25-day free loan and make the money on the
float MYSELF!
