As a PAYER via Paypal, I have found it very convenient to use. I know they
charge a percentage to the seller, but so do the credit card
companies. Paypal is used by many eBay sellers. I only question what it
is they want with my BANK ACCOUNT information, since payment is by credit
card. I won't give it to them, so I am not a "verified"
member. Tough. If I max out my limit, I'll just start using Billpay or
something instead.
