ok I'm tired of lurking! I could never seem to get Compuserver2000 to send
the right kind of e-mail, it always went off with MIME content or something.
so here i am at hotmail.

Just to introduce myself...
I'm Rogelio Garza (but people call me Roger for the reason that here in the
US most people seem to prefer saying things that are easily pronounced with
the english accent) I've been playing clarinet for 4.5 years now, and I
will be a Junior in the fall at Texas A&M Kingsville where I study with Dr
Nancy King Sanders. She's great! I play Bb, Eb, and Bass Clarinet, all
with equal regularity. Bassoon is my secondary instrument, I love it just
as much as all the other clarinets.

For what has been on my stand these past very very busy weeks (taking summer
school):

Rossini Theme and Variations
Weber Concerto No 1
Brahms Violin Sonata
Kroepsch studies, 1-4
Stievenard scale book
Sneezy contest pieces
Solo de Concours (for fun! and to polish for performance first thing in the
fall)
Weber Grand Duo Concertant, also for performance
theory homework
various bits of paper, reeds, sand paper, a file

fun, huh?

Also, just to close this message off, I wanted to submit two pieces I've
written for criticism from people that know their stuff. Forgive my grammer
on the page, just listen to the music and tell me what's wrong with it.
Thanks!

Fugue (or something like that) for organ or cl. choir

keep in mind... I've only had 2 semesters of theory classes, I don't exactly
know what I'm doing. The only form I know is what I've read about fugues
online. (I started late on my music major, I'm a biology major as well)
thanks
