Just type in the URL. So, for the Klarinet archives, it's just:
http://www.sneezy.org/Databases/LogsIndex/index.html
Most people's mail programs are set to interpret a string with this
format as a link; so just clicking on it (or double-clicking on it in my
case, or whatever) gets them automatically transferred.
