This is very useful information.
Geez, the bass is like a giant reed.

The repairman here laughs every time we bring in the
(Buffet Prestige low C)bass,
and calls it his retirement plan.
He only gets annoyed if we ask for it this very minute, but
usually will turn it around in one day.

One of the clarinetist band directors just bought himself
a Selmer low C. I suspect that the repairman steered
him away from Buffet.
Be interesting to see how it holds up.

Florida, depending on the season is warm and dry, then hot and humid,
with occasional cold snaps.
