Couldn't agree more. No, I didn't mean to single out Vandoren. It just so happened that the B-45 came up in the conversation. My statement probably could have applied to
any other maker as well. I too have scoped many, many mouthpieces, have played them and A-B'd them against others for tuning with tuner in hand.

(Smile) It is this mess of inconsistency that makes a market for you, Roger, Tom Ridenour, Clark Fobes, Ralph Morgan and Gregory Smith, and others. All of you realize that
it is the extra effort and the personal touch of someone who knows what they're doing that can make a profound difference.
