Thanks for the comments on stage fright.

And that reminds me to take the opportunity to say:

I just got your Upbeat Scales and Arpeggios.
I like the approach, the range used and the layout.
I am using it for now.
This is the scale book I will recommend for my students.

I am not throwing out my Baermann for myself, but I think
your arrangement will be the way to get students going on scales.
