I am also having a summer recital within a few days of Shouryu.. I was
going to do the Young Artist competition but my Bucolique didn't come in
until a few weeks before recording time. I thought that with all of the
other techincal material on the list that this would be the "lyrical" one,
and I was definitely wrong!!! But the Muczynski Time Pieces and Sierra
Cinco Bocetos definitely make great recital material so I'm doing those, the
Poulenc Sonata, and closing with Flight of the Bumblebee. If that turns out
to take up too much time, I'll cut some or all of the Sierra.
