About $20 (USD). I use this book on an almost daily basis, and have my
students use it as well.

Also, Howard Klug has been too modest to mention it, but his "The
Clarinet Doctor" has a bunch of technical exercises which I find very
helpful in maintaining finger technique and clarity of articulation. In
addition, there's a lot of information about teaching issues, including
appropriate repertoire.

Available from Woodwindiana, which I'd bet is listed on Sneezy.
