First, don't forget to check out the Sneezy composition database. Also
you'll find lots of music for that combination on the luybenmusic.com site.

But for first-hand input, I recommend the "Concertino" by Ernest Bloch
published in 1951 by G. Schirmer. While originally written for flute, viola,
and string orchestra, the version with piano is very good. All three parts
are challenging, and it's a real audience pleaser. It's not too hard to put
together, and the rewards are well worth the effort.
